International Shipping & Taxing

While for national shipping inside of Germany the procedure is simple and straight forward, for international shipping 3 different options have to be handled and are explained in the following:

1. European Union customer (private)
For European Union (EU) customers (except of entrepreneurs) the German VAT (19%) applies. Our freight forwarder will deliver the goods typically within 5 days.

2. European Union company
For European Union companies or entrepreneurs the German VAT (19%) may apply except of a valid VAT ID is presented to us prior payment. This can be done by entering the VAT ID to the relevant fields of our web shop. Our freight forwarder will deliver the goods typically within 5 days. 3. Customer outside the European Union
Please ask if we sell to your country. It is not possible to use our web shop for orders if you are located outside Europe.
